Who we are

Architect Dreamin' Americas is run by Architect Americas Inc., which decides how your information is used. Questions or requests: info@architectdreamin.us.

When you visit this site

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking, and it loads nothing from other websites. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, sees your IP address and basic technical details (such as your browser) when it delivers the pages, and keeps short-lived logs to keep the site running and secure.

When you register

We ask for:

your name, email, company and job title: for your badge, the attendee list and event emails;
your LinkedIn profile (optional): so the organizers know who is coming. It is not shared with sponsors;
your Salesforce architect credentials (optional): to plan the level of the sessions;
whether you are coming to the evening networking: for catering numbers;
food needs and access needs (optional): so the venue and catering can meet them. Access needs can include health information; we use it only for this, and only the people who arrange it see it;
that you agreed to the event terms, code of conduct, photo and media release, and sharing with that year's sponsors, and when.

We use this to run the event and to contact you about it. We do not sell your information.

Sharing with that year's sponsors

Right after the event, we give the attendee list to that year's sponsors: your name, email, company and job title. Sponsors make the event possible, and they may contact you. You agree to this with its own checkbox when you register. We share it once, only with that year's sponsors, and with nobody else. We never share your food needs, access needs or credentials.

Payment

You pay on a page run by Stripe, our payment provider. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. Stripe also receives your email, and applies any promo code. Stripe sends your receipt and keeps payment records under its own privacy policy. We see the payment's result and amount, not your card.

Who handles your information

Cloudflare: hosts this site and stores registrations.
Stripe: takes payments and sends receipts.
Google Workspace: our email, if you write to us.
The event team: the organizers and volunteers who run registration, badges, catering and access on site.
That year's sponsors: the attendee list (name, email, company, job title), once, right after the event.
The venue and caterers: only what they need, such as numbers and food needs, not your contact details.

Photos at the event

The event is photographed and filmed. See the photo and media release, and tell the event staff if you prefer not to be photographed.

How long we keep it

We keep registrations for three years after the event, for the event's history and our records, and then delete them. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires. If you ask, we delete your registration sooner, except what we must keep by law.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop emailing you. Write to info@architectdreamin.us. We answer within 30 days.

Changes

If we change how we use your information, we update this page and its date.
