Tuesday Evening Meetup
(Optional, No RSVP Required)

To kick things off, we’re hosting a casual, no-host meetup on Tuesday, January 20th in the bar area at Element Hotel at Skysong.

There’s no formal agenda or presentation. This is simply an opportunity to drop by, grab a drink, and catch up with fellow attendees in a relaxed setting before the main sessions begin. You can come and go as you like.

The meetup will take place in the hotel bar and lobby area. Hotel staff and event signage will help guide you once you arrive.

Please note that conference registration opens at 8:00 am on Wednesday, January 21st, with coffee, tea, and pastries available to get you ready for a full day of learning and collaboration.

Wednesday Evening Dinner

To ensure the conversations continue, we’ve planned an evening of delicious food and community on Wednesday night.

We will be gathering at Maggiano’s Little Italy in North Scottsdale for a hot, three-course dinner served family-style in a private banquet room. Known for its vibrant atmosphere and classic Italian cuisine, it’s the perfect setting to unwind after a productive day of sessions.
