In many Salesforce implementations, async jobs become the default solution for handling business logic at scale. It works—until it doesn’t. Behind the scenes, these patterns can quietly accumulate risk, consuming millions of async jobs daily until system limits are reached and critical processes start to fail.

In this Design Lab, you’ll step into that scenario. We’ll provide the real requirements from a Salesforce org that was hitting async limits and facing system instability. Working in small groups, you’ll brainstorm and design your own scalable solution using Salesforce async toolkit.

This is your chance to think like an architect under pressure—evaluate trade-offs, propose governance mechanisms, and design for scale. The session is focused entirely on your solutions and collaboration.
